If you are managing your domain registration yourself, then you will need to know some information in order to configure your domain to point to your website and email hosted with us.
The easiest way to do this is to use our Nameservers. You would do this by contacting your domain registrar, or logging on to the domain management site provided by them. You would need to remove the current nameservers and set them to the following:
ns1.dedicated-web.net
ns2.dedicated-web.net
If you do not wish to use our nameservers then you will need to have the "A", "CNAME", and "MX" records included for your domain on the nameserver that you are using. These records will need to include the IP address of your web, ftp, and mail servers that are hosted with us. You will receive the relevant IP addresses via email when your hosting account is activated, or you can contact us to have them emailed to you again.
